Zwaluw Tixoplast® is a 1-component sealant based on bitumen. It cures by evaporation of solvent to a plastic seal.
Areas of application: Zwaluw Tixoplast® is especially developed for bonding and waterproof sealing of bituminous roofing, shingles and insulation boards. It is also suitable for repairing leaks and for emergency repairs on roofs, gutters, rainwater drains, etc.
Shelf life: In the unopened original packaging, Zwaluw Tixoplast® has a shelf life of up to 9 months after the production date, if stored in a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
Characteristics:
- Filling of cracks, joints and blisters on roofs and in gutters
- Suitable for bituminous substrates
