Wheel series - The complete overview

At Wielenoutlet you will find a wide range with a diversity of castors. Think of castors for indoor and/or outdoor use or castors for use in damp environments. We also have castors for heavy loads or light furniture. You will find the right caster for every project. All these castors are divided into different series, which you can find below. Next to each series is a short description of their properties and where they can be used.

	RP series The RP-series consists of wheels made of rubber with a plastic wheel body and are by far the most economical solution. In addition, they have good rolling properties on less flat surfaces with possible thresholds (85° Shore A). The wheels are normally wear-resistant, suitable for temperatures from -20°C to +80°C. 	RS series The RS series consists of wheels made of rubber with a steel wheel body and, like the RP series, are a very economical solution. In addition, they have good rolling properties on less flat surfaces with possible thresholds (85° Shore A). 	RA series The RA series consists of wheels made of elastic natural rubber (75A° Shore A) with an aluminium wheel body. They have a higher load capacity and, in addition, very good rolling properties on all types of paved surfaces, which also allow excellent overcoming of thresholds. The wheels have good wear resistance, are suitable for temperatures from -20 to +70 C° and the rubber returns to position well after prolonged stoppages. View the full range here...
	RB series The RB series consists of wheels made of elastic natural rubber (70 to 75° Shore A) and have very good rolling properties on all types of paved surfaces, which also allow excellent overcoming of thresholds. The elastic rubber wheel returns to its position after a long standstill. The wheels have good wear resistance, suitable for temperatures from -20 ° to + 70 C °. View the complete series here...
	GR series The GR series consists of wheels made of extra-soft rubber (65°Shore A) and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Especially for applications where your valuable equipment needs to be transported, such as flight case applications, musical instruments, events, etc. The wheel is non-marking and leaves no traces, also for applications where noise reduction is important. 	RD Series The RD series makes it easy to boost your furniture with these fun vintage / retro / antique wheels. These vintage wheels are made entirely of untreated steel, you can paint the wheels yourself to any colour or have them rust and after rusting treat them with clear varnish or post-treat with Owatrol that stops the rusting process. 	M series The M-series consists of wheels made of soft TPR (thermoplastic rubber) that do not leave marks on the floor. If you need extra strong castors, choose the double furniture castors from this series. Please note that plasticizers for very sensitive (wooden) floors must be taken into account. 	T Series The T series consists of castors made of TPR (Thermoplastic rubber) and are especially suitable for all types of trolleys, such as catering trolleys, carts and catering trolleys. The protective caps minimise wire and bristle pick-up. As the wheels are fitted with ball bearings, they have excellent rolling properties. 	ST series The ST series consists of castors for under desk chairs or other office furniture. Largely double, black castors, with varying treads, hard and soft. That means there is something for every floor type. As there are no plasticisers in the TPR castors, these castors do not damage the floor. View the full range here...
	A series The A series consists of casters made of TPR (Thermoplastic rubber) and the wheel body is made of polypropylene. The device wheels are fitted with protective caps, thus minimising wire and hair pick-up. And because the wheels are fitted with ball bearings, they possess excellent rolling properties. The hardness of the wheel is medium hard (85° Shore A). This wheel does not leave any marks on the floor, but be careful with very sensitive floors due to the plasticizers present. 	PUP series The PUP range consists of castors made of PU (polyurethane) and a polypropylene wheel core and is therefore well suited for various applications where heavier load capacities are required. Suitable for uneven floors and thresholds. The wheels have good abrasion resistance, suitable for temperatures from -20 to +80°C, resistant to most cleaning agents and moisture. 	PUI series The PUI series consists of castors made of PU (polyurethane) and are extremely well suited to all applications where heavier load capacities are required. The wheels have good wear resistance, are suitable for temperatures from -20 to +80°C, resistant to most cleaning agents and moisture. 	NY series The NY series consists of wheels made of nylon and therefore excellent for driving on hard and flat surfaces, with low rolling resistance. Nylon wheels are very wear-resistant, have a high load capacity and good rolling resistance, less suitable for uneven floors and thresholds see PU wheels or Elastic rubber wheels for this. 	ZNY series The ZNY series consists of heavy duty castors made of nylon, RoHS compliant, and are well suited to transporting extra heavy loads over level surfaces, such as in warehouses and sheds but also suitable for heavy duty applications such as hard stone/granite and heavy construction. 	ENY series The ENY series consists of wheels made entirely of nylon - polyamide. These heavy duty castors are, as the name suggests, suitable for transporting really heavy loads. The series is particularly suitable for all outdoor applications and in the food industry.
