Castors Wheels Outlet saves your personal data in a secure database. And that’s where it stays. We do not pass your details on to third parties for commercial purposes. We do need some details from you first to have your purchases take place as smoothly as possible.

We only use your bank account number when you receive money back from us. When you pay by credit card, we send your credit card details from our secure environment straight to Adyen. They make our credit card payments. We do not see your credit card details. Adyen only tells us if your payment was successful or not. |
| IP address | With your IP address we remember your preferences and can give you fitting advice. By remembering your IP address we immediately make sure that no one else will use your Castors Wheels Outlet account. |
| Email address | You receive an email about your order, invoice and the products you buy from us. We mail you our response when you tell us your opinion. Then there are offers and newsletters, you also receive these by email. If you give us permission for this at least. |
