The delivery service of Logihub actually works very simply: If you have placed and paid the order before 12 AM the order will be shipped the same (working) day.
At the end of the day you will receive a track & trace-email, that allows you to easily follow your order.

Returning your product
Logihub provides you rights to return the products within 90 days without any reason.
Off course the products needs to be unused and not damaged.
These rights are not valid when we have assembled or bought the product especially for the customer.
You will get 100% of the sales price back on your bank account excluding the shipment costs.
The costs of the return shipment are for you as a the customer.
Our prices are kept very low, so therefore return shipments are not included in our pricing. In this way we achieve the best price for you in the UK and EU market.
How to return products?
Please e-mail us within 30 days at [email protected] and include the following in your e-mail:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- What exactly you would like to return
- If you only want to return part of the order, please indicate clearly which products it concerns
Pack the box carefully and ship it with a packing list or a copy of the packing list to the address below. Always make sure there is a note in the package that states your order number.

Our products are manufactured with care according to our quality requirements. However, despite all these efforts, it is possible that a product does not meet these requirements.
In this case, we kindly ask you to notify us at the following email address: [email protected] We will then take immediate action to resolve the issue for you. Logihub is offering a two year extended warranty.
