The size of expander you need depends on the inner diameter of the tube:

• Expander 20-25 mm is suitable for tubes with an inside diameter of 20 to 25 mm. Expander length: 64,8 mm.
• Expander 25-30 mm is suitable for tubes with an inside diameter of 25 to 30 mm.
• Expander length: 64 mm.
• Expander 30-35 mm is suitable for tubes with an inside diameter of 30 to 35 mm.
• Expander length: 64 mm.
• Expander 35-40 mm is suitable for tubes with an inside diameter of 35 to 40 mm.
• Expander length: 62 mm.
• Expander 40-45 mm is suitable for tubes with an inside diameter of 40 to 45 mm.
• Expander length: 63 mm.

Note: Always measure the inner diameter of the tube for the correct sizing.

Assembly expander

For the assembly, you can follow these simple steps:

1. Use a wrench to loosen the wheel and remove it from the fork.
2. Remove the Allen bolt from the expander.
3. Insert the Allen bolt from underneath into the fork.
4. Place the expander on top of the swivel bearing.
5. Gently tighten the expander with the Allen bolt.
6. Insert the expander into the hollow tube.
7. Secure the expander with the Allen wrench.
8. Place the wheel back into the fork.
9. Tighten the wheel using the wrench.
